Data extract from HTML table to VB code

Hi,
Did any one try to get data from HTML table to VB code ?
I have HTML page which is saved at a text format at C:\t1.txt and having records under a table.
There is only one table with id as A005.

This table has 5 columns and I need to extract values of these column using VB and populate it in MSAccess.

Can you plz advise ?
