How to create speecht to text software application

Hello

I am writing for asking some help. I am just a beginner at programming but I would like to create a VoIp application which can record voice for my enterprise.
I have found a sample software and the source code of it which can be the basis for a Voip application which can convert speech to text. I have found it on the following site:

But I do not know how to customize it. Could someone help me how to start?
