Tool to migrate vb6 to vb 2010

The more direct path from vb6 to vb 2010 can be achieved
by using the Visual Basic Upgrade Companion (VBUC)
This tool can be download following the msdn link: http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/vbasic/ff793478

RE:

Hmmm.. just what i hear form others... but, VB6 is still the "best" for most works, and that it's not worth it to learn the entire way of VB coding and forms all over again.

Even I can answer this one.

You cannot directly upgrade VB6 code to VB 2010. Microsoft does provide a utility that will tell you where changes are needed.

"Visual Basic 6.0 to Visual Basic .NET Upgrade Assessment Tool"

http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?displaylang=en&FamilyID=10c491a2-fc67-4509-bc10-60c5c039a272

Also I'm sure you cannot upgrade from VB6 to 2010.

I think I might stay with VB6
