Help needed please

Hi people. First off I am just new to these boards and I am also not at all very good at VB and I struggled with this when I was at college, and I hope you don't mind me asking a question about VB. I would like to have a help guide added to my program where I can add my own content in it, does any body know how to do this and do I need to add a button on to open the guide?
